GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Some Texans received partial SNAP benefits on Monday after November payments were delayed due to a federal shutdown — some households got as little as $16 while others received up to 65% of their normal allotments — and Texas Health and Human Services said clients would get payments based on their regular schedule.
