The East Texas Food Bank honored three Hunger Hero Award recipients Wednesday morning during Hunger Action Month to recognize local efforts against hunger.
The awards celebrated volunteer Lauren Hogan, Marvin Methodist Church’s ongoing support, and the SWEPCO Foundation’s contribution to feeding families.

Tyler resident Bonnie Rose Haley shares her recovery journey in her debut poetry book, Becoming Unseen: The Girl I Was.
