  • PATH is accepting donations of new or gently used coats for its annual Coats for Kids campaign throughout October—Tyler residents can drop off coats at designated sites to help warm children this winter—.  CBS19
  • The bi-annual Hiway 80 Sale will take place from Oct. 17-19, featuring vendors setting up booths along Highway 80 to help support roadside businesses and bring treasure hunting to the region. CULTURE NEWS

  • The Texas Rose Festival will kick off at 9 a.m. Thursday and run until 5 p.m. Sunday in Tyler, showcasing ballgowns, a parade and art shows that celebrate local culture.
