- ➤ Van Zandt County authorities arrested Nicholas Ryan Deel and Susana Aurora Frisbie on child endangerment charges after officers located a sweating child with a nosebleed in a hot car and a 9-month-old baby in a hot RV at Wagon Train RV Park on Interstate-20 S. Service Road following a Texas Department of Safety high-speed chase—both children were taken to the hospital and placed under Child Protective Services care. Tyler Morning Telegraph
