- ➤ The Smith County Sheriff’s Office said that 16-year-old Abby Grace Morales was last seen around 11 p.m. Saturday leaving her Bullard home on County Road 173 in a gray shirt and shorts, possibly in an Uber - anyone with information is asked to call 903-566-6600. Tyler Morning Telegraph
- ➤ Smith County Sheriff's Office is investigating a missing 15-year-old girl and has named a person of interest in the case—officials said they will keep following new leads. CBS19
ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ Two large public rose plantings in Tyler were found with rose rosette disease at Broadway and the Loop and on Roseland Boulevard just off Broadway — horticulturist Greg Grant advises that infected rose bushes be removed and destroyed immediately to stop the virus from spreading. Residents are urged to follow proper removal procedures since healthy roses can be safely replanted after the infected plants are gone. Tyler Morning Telegraph
