- ➤ Bullard ISD named Jan Hill as interim superintendent on Friday after Dr. Jack Lee left for Seguin ISD — Hill has served in key roles at the district since 2008 and previously led the transition as interim superintendent in 2019. Tyler Morning Telegraph
- ➤ Cumberland Academy held a town hall meeting Thursday evening at its Performing Arts Center (to introduce superintendent finalist Dr. Jo Ann Simmons) as it begins a new chapter of transparent leadership after recent contentious changes.
