  • ➤ Three Mexican nationals living illegally in Tyler were indicted on federal immigration and firearms charges—Jose Luis Rosales-Betancourt faces up to 20 years for unlawful reentry after prior deportations and Marco Imanol Ferrusca-Ortega and Luis Donaldo Villanueva-Tapia face up to 15 years after firearms were found on July 8—for their involvement in a federal investigation.  Tyler Morning Telegraph
