- ➤ A Tyler man, 21-year-old Jose Luis Bravo Jr., was arrested last week on charges of intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle and possession of a controlled substance after his March 24 crash in Smith County killed his two passengers—Jose Bravo Delgado, who died at the scene, and Santa Lucia Bravo, who died two days later at a Tyler hospital.
