- ➤ At the Tyler Cattle Baron’s Ball fundraiser for the American Cancer Society, Isachar Perez won a 2025 GMC Canyon AT4 4x4 donated by Hall Buick GMC after 543 tickets raised $54,300—Jill Powell also won a $5,000 shopping spree from Susan Robinson Jewelry among 258 tickets sold, with both prizes supporting cancer patients. - ➤ Police in Tyler arrested a man today for allegedly driving intoxicated — which resulted in the death of his passenger. CBS19

- ➤ Heavy rain forced the City of Tyler Water Utilities to close all public boat ramps on Lake Tyler and Lake Tyler East starting Thursday morning — the ramps will remain closed until debris and boat wakes no longer create hazards and shoreline erosion is reduced. Tyler Morning Telegraph
