Shane Iverson violated her son's constitutional rights during a traffic stop in Turnertown (Timothy Randall, age 29, was fatally shot on Sept. 14th, 2022). Representatives set a trial for May 18th, 2026 to allow more time for discovery (mediation is to be completed by Dec. 1st, 2026). CBS19
