- ➤ An East Texas man, Samuel Schlemmer, was arrested on charges including intoxication manslaughter after allegedly driving drunk and causing a crash on Highway 69 near FM 1911 in Alto that injured three people and killed two women, with his bond set at $355,000. CBS19
