- ➤ On Friday, a judge allowed Scotty Lee Goble—accused of murdering Tyler business owner Heriberto 'Eddie' Ramirez on Oct. 11—to live in Navarro County instead of Smith County after his defense argued the current conditions created a financial burden. Tyler Morning Telegraph
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Mayor Don Warren gave his fifth—and final—State of the City address Thursday and said Tyler has made progress in fire safety, police training, road fixes, drainage, water upgrades and parks.
