Bullard Middle School's opening is delayed from its scheduled August start due to weather delays, utility connection issues, and easement challenges.

Tyler City Council welcomed new District 3 councilmember Shonda Marsh, a lifelong North Tyler resident with 30 years in healthcare, and approved a $607,200 utility design contract for improvements to Old Henderson Highway.
