- ➤ Tyler police arrested 29-year-old Jorian Jackson for the murder of Cheyenne Russell at an apartment on 9999 Bellwood Lake Rd on Jan. 6 after a child witnessed her get shot between the eyes—and police said her two children are now safe while Jackson's grandparents face charges for hindering apprehension.
