- ➤ Employees at Bass Pro Shops are putting the finishing touches on the 77,000-square-foot store in Tyler ahead of its grand opening on April 16 at 6 p.m. during the Evening of Conservation event- the store at 151 Market Square Blvd will offer outdoor gear including hunting, fishing, boating and camping supplies, a 23,000-gallon aquarium and digital pricing that saves time for customers. REAL ESTATE NEWS
- ➤ Samuel Scarborough, CCIM, said that by the third quarter of 2024, the number of commercial real estate units in Tyler grew from 137 to 532 while over 21% of the buildings remained empty — giving businesses many options to expand. He added that retail prices have nearly returned to normal — and the stable market will help create more jobs and boost tax revenue for local services in 2025. Tyler Morning Telegraph
