- ➤ On Nov. 18, 67-year-old Gregory Bargaineer turned himself in after his girlfriend Marilyn Janis McEachin was found dead in the rear of her house on Shady Trail Drive in Tyler — he was charged with murder and arson — and a grand jury later indicted him for capital murder by terror threat/other felony.
