EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ The Texas Senate approved SB-13 by a 23-8 vote, which shifts control of public school library book decisions to school boards and lets parents challenge books until they are reviewed. The bill now heads to the Texas House, and local advisory councils with a parent majority will recommend which books to add or remove. Tyler Morning Telegraph
