  • ETX View announced its 40 Under Forty awards on Saturday morning to honor local young professionals from various fields.   • Bamboo, an 8-week-old Chihuahua, is available for adoption at the SPCA of East Texas in Tyler (3393 W. Grande Blvd.). The shelter welcomes volunteers for bottle feeding and foster care with appointments Tuesday through Saturday.  CBS19
